1. Who we are

Bigged is an AI assistant that helps performance marketers generate, test, and optimize paid social ads. You can reach us at hi@bigged.com with any privacy-related questions.

2. What data we collect

When you use Bigged, we may collect the following information:

• Contact details – name, email address, business/company name
• Ad account data – ad performance metrics, campaigns, creatives (via Meta API)
• Uploaded media – images, copy, and other creative assets you upload
• Product usage data – clicks, interactions, session behaviour
• Device and access info – browser type, device, cookies (see section 5)

3. How we collect your data

• You provide data when signing up or interacting with Bigged
• We collect ad account data when you connect your Meta ad account via secure integration
• We use cookies and analytics tools (see section 5) to understand how you use the product

4. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Provide and improve Bigged’s features
• Generate and personalize ad creative suggestions
• Optimize ad performance through testing, model training and insights
• Understand product usage to improve the experience
• Communicate with you about updates or support

5. Third parties & cookies

We use trusted third-party tools that act on our behalf:

• Amazon S3 – to securely store user data and media assets
• Mixpanel – for analytics, user flow tracking, session insights, and A/B testing

These providers do not access or use your data for their own purposes.

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Maintain your session
• Understand how you use the product
• Run A/B tests and improve user experience

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may stop working.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service, improve performance, or meet legal requirements.

When you delete your account or request data deletion, we will:

• Remove all personal and identifiable information from our systems within 30 days
• Retain only data that is strictly necessary for legal or security reasons (if any)
• Anonymize any remaining data (e.g. aggregated usage patterns) if and only if it cannot be linked back to you

If anonymization is not possible, the data will be permanently deleted.

You have the right to:

• Access or correct your personal data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing under certain conditions

8. Legal basis for processing

For users in the EU/UK (under GDPR), we rely on:

• Performance of a contract – to provide the service
• Legitimate interest – to improve our product and run analytics
• Consent – for cookies and optional tracking

For users in California (under CCPA), you have the right to opt out of data sale (we do not sell your data), request access, or deletion.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our product evolves. We’ll notify you of significant changes through the app or via email.
