Terms of Service

Welcome to Bigged. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Bigged Ltd (“Bigged”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Bigged. Our services are intended for business use only, including freelancers and agencies acting on behalf of clients. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.
2. Accounts and Access
To use Bigged, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Billing and Payment
All payments are handled securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. There is no free trial. Since we involve real human designers in the process, refunds are only available for unused usage credits from the current billing month. We do not offer refunds for partially used credits, prior months, or completed design work.
If your payment fails or is overdue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access.
4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the service
- Use the platform to upload or promote illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Misuse or attempt to circumvent platform limitations or pricing models
- Resell or redistribute access to Bigged without entering into a formal partnership agreement with us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms at our sole discretion.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your brand assets, ad creatives, and campaign content uploaded to the platform. Bigged may use this content, including ad performance data, for the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy, including AI training and product improvement.
Bigged retains ownership of all platform code, features, and AI models.
6. Model Training
By using Bigged, you agree that all content, ad performance data, and interactions with the platform may be used to train and improve our proprietary machine learning models. This processing is core to our service. Data used for training is anonymized or aggregated where possible.
7. No Guarantees
Bigged does not guarantee any specific ad performance or marketing results. Our service is designed to facilitate creative testing and campaign optimisation, but outcomes may vary depending on numerous factors beyond our control.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bigged Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of your access to or use of the service.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you via email or in-app. Continued use of Bigged after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
